Really, a Date Night?!?!?!?!

So, for those of you that don't know, my work schedule is Thur., Fri., and Sat. nights 6pm-7am. And, before I was working the night shift I was working Fri., Sat., and Sun. days 6am-7pm. It's a crappy shift, but it works for us because

1. It's less childcare that we have to worry about.
2. It is the only shift that will work once I'm in school.

So, needless to say, Mike and I don't get much time together and my social life is pretty much none existant. I think the last Saturday that I had off was when I was out on maternity leave with Kipton!

This past Saturday Mike and I were invited to a wedding of some of his co workers. It was so nice to have an excuse to ask for a Saturday off, to get dressed up, and to have a night out with Mike minus the kids.

The wedding was a Cheekwood botanical gardens, which is were Mike and I got married almost 5 years ago. We haven't been back to the gardens since our wedding so it was really nice and sentimental to go back to the same garden that we were married. It's crazy how much our lives have changed (for the good) since we were last there.

In some of the pictures you might notice some glass sculptures in the background. They have this really cool exhibit going on right now called Chihuly , I 100% recomend that you go and see it if you can. Mike and I are planning on taking Piper back.

These are the steps that I walked down instead of the aisle to meet Mike at the alter
The reflecting pool with some of the Chihuly exhibit displayed in it

My super seksi husband!
